Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We provide labels for defective screens at the end of the month for our loyal customers. If you are returning items because it is no longer needed or accidentally purchased you must ship the item or multiple items back at your cost.

  • If Samsung compatible screen is returned with adhesive or screen protectors removed it will not be accepted as a defective return. We highly recommend customers to pre test all Samsung compatible screens prior to installation and removing the adhesive and screen protectors.
  • We offer life time warranty on iPhone screens as long as there no deep scratches, ripped flex cables, digitizers broken, or internal broken. But we still recommend customers to test screens before installing/removing adhesive as parts may be damage during shipping.
  • If an iPad compatible screen is returned in 90 days and is in original condition, without using the adhesive or screen protectors removed we don’t charge anything if it’s being returned. However, if the adhesive or screen protectors is removed it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. We highly recommend customers to test all screens prior to removing the adhesive and screen protectors.
  • Please note, if your looking for a refund, the refund is based on our today selling price.


To start a return, you can contact us at bmdscreens@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Disclaimer

BMD Screens is not liable for damage due to mishandling or lost items. Influence on decisions for actions taken will solely depend on policies and regulations given by the shipping carrier. BMD Screens is not responsible for carrier delays that are out of our control.

BMD Screens will not be responsible for any incidental damage resulting from the use of any merchandise purchased from us. BMD Screens liability is limited to the value of the merchandise only. Damages include, but are not limited to, prominent scratches and ripped flex cables.

It is the customer’s responsibility to test all parts that have been ordered once merchandise has been received. All return shipping cost is at the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Policy Abuse

BMD Screens reserves the right to alter our returns and exchanges policy. Customers that is deemed to be taking advantage our returns policy may be subject to firmer and stricter policies. Failure of BMD Screens at any time to require customer’s performance of any provision of this Return Policy shall not be deemed a continuing waiver of that provision or a waiver of any other provision of this policy. Interpretation and enforcement of these return policies remain in the absolute discretion of BMD Screens Members. These policies may be subject to change at any time, without prior warning or notice to customer.
